Sanctuary Cove has developed a number of initiatives to encourage young golfers, regardless of their skill to become involved in the game of golf.
As a MyGolf accredited centre Sanctuary Cove holds regular clinics and supports local school programs conducted by PGA professionals. Along with developing golf skills the Junior program looks forward to promoting the traditions, etiquette and respect for the game.
In association with the Adam Scott Foundation the Club conducts the Adam Scott Junior Classic. An event that provides Gold Coast juniors the opportunity to compete under tournament conditions.
Junior Membership is available at Sanctuary Cove for children of existing Equity Members and through the Cadet program for those who would otherwise not have the opportunity to become a member.

Rebecca Tickner
"Hi, my name is Bec Tickner, I’m 15 years old and I live and play golf at Sanctuary Cove. The club has selected me as the junior girl captain. This is a huge honour for me as I love being a part of the club and helping improve our junior program. Here’s a little something about me: I have been playing golf for nearly 3 years now. My family are definitely my inspiration as all of them play golf with a passion. I started playing golf at the age of 12 at my course in Sydney which I’m sure a lot of you are familiar with, Pymble Golf Club. In the future my dream is to move to America and play golf professionally and one day would love to play on the LPGA Tour."
